Applicant management

The integrated Applicant Tracking System enables you to manage the entire process from applicant recruiting to selection. The integrated multiposting tool for spreading job adverts increases your recruitment rate, the matching system provides you with an applicant ranking for every single job opening and many assessment tools help you select your candidates. With the video cv and the automated video interview platforms, multiple choice questionnaires, language proficiency tests and a soft skill test, you will assess your applicants and send their profiles to your clients.

Client management

The integrated CRM solution facilitates your relationship with clients. In that module you can register your clients’ profiles with their contact people and offices and attach documents, plan activities with them, create multimailing campaigns, record the services you provide them, your open opportunities, the related quotations, contracts and the feedback on applicants.

Activity recording

All the activities you plan with your clients and applicants or your personal activities are automatically saved or can be manually recorded into a user-friendly agenda. Record your activities and re-contact your clients at the right time

Ngage records the activities and meetings you arrange with your applicants and clients, which you can share with the other users. A reminder will send you an automated e-mail to remind you about your event hours and days.

A system will alert you if you have not contacted one of your clients for a long time and suggest you re-contact. That way you will not lose any business opportunity.

Integrations

Our software can coexist with other software programs and can be connected to job boards and recruiting platforms, which allows you to benefit from more technology tools and use a more complete software solution.

It is compatible with other tools for human resource management, accounting and payroll solutions, in which it can easily be integrated.

Upon client’s request, other job boards can be added to the list of those provided through our automated multiposting channel. The connection through xml feeds is required.

Candidate’s summary sharing

After you select an applicant, you can create a complete “candidate’s summary” to share with your clients. It consists of a job title describing the profile you are looking for, two text boxes where to write a professional and personal evaluation of the candidate and the CV extraction, where the applicant contact details can be made available or not. In addition to those component parts, you can attach the video CV, the video interview recorded by the applicant and the results and scores got in the language proficiency tests and the soft skill test.
The candidate’s summary is interactive and easy to share with your clients through a link via e-mail, which they can access to leave their feedback and comments on the candidate. The feedback is tracked and saved in the candidate’s and client’s profiles.

Personal area

Applicants and clients are provided with a personal area to access the software.
In the applicant’s area candidates can find the job adverts which they apply to and attach personal documents such as CVs, certificates, cover letters or referees, or see their test results. Moreover, they can activate their job agent, a system that sends them customized job announcements via e-mail, according to the criteria and sectors selected.
In the clients’ area customers can keep track of the resumes received and save contracts.
Personal areas allow to keep users up to date on the entire process.

Multimailing

A system of multimailing enables you to send mass e-mails to candidates and clients directly from the software.
You just create and set lists of recipients with names, write a mass e-mail and select which list you want to send it to. All the lists remain saved and you can add a comment at any time.
Multimailing makes you save time sending the same e-mail to many clients, when you have to reach a large number of customers doing e-mail marketing and send them a candidate’s profile, or when you just have to invite them to an event or present them new services.

Lead generator

Ngage optimizes and streamlines your workload, providing you with a lead generation tool which identifies costumers’ interests and detects which organizations or companies are in search of personnel and the profiles they need.
Lead generator allows you to know what the latest job adverts online are, as well as the openings on which your competitors are working. The system also notifies you on the most recent profiles searched by your clients, so that you are always up to date and can propose your services to your clients.

Electronic signature

We have integrated the tool for electronic signature for contract subscription and document validation for the Italian market.
Through the digital signature you can exchange contracts and documents with your clients, they are easy to prepare online and to e-sign.
