With just one click you can request your applicants to answer some tests, which they will be able to access from their personal area, where the results are saved. Every time an applicant answers one of your test, you will receive a notification on your dashboard.

Facebook app

We have developed a Facebook app, which enables you to have an attracting career page on Facebook. Every time you post a job ad on your website, it will be automatically copied and pasted on your Facebook career page, where job seekers will directly apply. They will all be redirected to the same application form on your website and will be part of your entire candidate database.

Automated video interviews

Talentum provides you with applications for video recruiting, such as the video CV and the time deferred video interview platforms. You will only need to write your questions – or use one of your pre-filled questionnaires – and set the time available to answer. Your applicants will receive an e-mail with your request and will be able to access the video session just clicking on a link. It is a real video interview, they will not be able to read your questions previously and repeat the recording.

How does the matching between job ad and CV works?

After that users post a job ad, our semantic engine detects the related duties and tasks and assigns professional tags (Job Title) to them. Each professional tag is matched with a range of 5 to 10 related skills. The applicants for that job ad will be ranked on the basis of the professional skills read by the semantic engine in the candidate’s resumes. Candidate skills will be matched with professional tags. Those tags will be compared to those of the job offer. Skillskan will highlight the skills detected in the CVs that match with the job position, even though the texts were written in a different way.
It Is not only about keywords, the software can analyze sentences logically: it can detect verbs, nouns, adjectives and then candidates' skills, which it assigns related professional tags to.
