You can post a job advertisement directly from your personal area. Depending on the package purchased, the system allows you to publish up to 5, 10 or 20 job offers at the same time (job slots). Each time a search is closed and the ad goes offline, the job slot is returned.

An integrated semantic matching system scans CVs and job offers and returns a ranking of candidates compatible with the search. It is possible to refine the results thanks to numerous selection filters (distance, details about the profession, education, personal data, etc. ..).

6. Unlock CV

To contact a candidate it is necessary to “unblock” their profile. If the profile is “public” the release is immediate and therefore, if you want to contact the profile, the credit is immediately deducted (1 RELEASE = 1 CREDIT); if the profile is “private”, the user must send an unlock request and the data is made visible only after acceptance by the candidate (the credit is deducted only if the candidate accepts the request).
