Once you have filled in the form you will receive an automatic system email containing the data to access your company profile. For subsequent accesses, you will simply need to enter your credentials directly on the login page.

You must select the type of test (international languages, non-european languages, business languages, specialist), assign a title to the sessions and define a closing date (after which it will no longer be possible for the recipients to take the test).

Then simply enter the email addresses of the candidates you want to interview and click on “Create” and the system will send the contacts an invitation to the assessment test.

In the ‘open sessions’ section you can view all the tests carried out by candidates and/or employees. Click on the title of the session to access the details; to view the test result simply click on the assessment obtained; a pop-up will open showing the progress of the test. The platform also offers the possibility of sharing test score externally by sending a simple link.

non receipt of test invitation
If the candidate or employee does not receive an invitation to take the test, or if the invitation e-mail ends up in spam, you can send him/her the test invitation manually, directly from the platform. Simply copy the test invitation link and paste it into an e-mail.

password recovery
You can always recover your password to access your company area. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot password” in the login section access form and enter the email address with which you registered for the platform. A recovery email will be sent to the address provided with a link to set a new password.

ExaminLab is an online adaptive testing platform for assessing the hard skills of candidates and employees.

Adaptive testing involves administering questions of incremental difficulty based on the answers received from the candidate/employee. Thus, if the candidate answers the first quiz correctly, he/she will then be asked questions of higher difficulty. If they do not, they will be given easier questions.

ExaminLab can be easily integrated with other tools (ATS, Employee Management Software) and can be linked to job platforms and portals to ensure a 360-degree management of the whole assessment process.

Each test has an internal database with hundreds of questions, which is updated periodically, making each test administered unique and unrepeatable.

Time optimization in the candidate pre-selection, selection and testing processes: enough with those traditional tests that provide an infinite series of questions, without taking into account the exact knowledge level of the examinee. ExamInLab is tailored to each examinee’s competencies, in order to halve the time to deliver and not to demotivate the person at the same time. A non-adaptive test might actually risk being too easy or too difficult.

The delivery of remote tests enables both examiners and examinees to optimize the assessing processes. The tests can be performed online, on any mobile device. Thanks to the quiz database consisting of questions that are always kept up to date, ExamInLab questions are unique and different each time.

Testing process customization: the client can create an infinite amount of tests based on the actual company needs. He/she can also have the testing page adapted to the corporate identity.
