The ATS provides with a semantic engine able to read the skills sought in job offers from CVs, compare them and identify the most compatible profiles.

The software displays the list of candidates sorted by degree of compatibility, considering both passive candidates present in the CV database and active candidates who have applied for a given job offer.

An integrated multiposting module allows recruiters to post a job advertisement simultaneously on several platforms with one click and receive candidates within the software. Over 100 recruitment channels are available: job boards, social networks and both paid and free job aggregators.

Ngage is integrated with the company website through a subdomain chosen by the customer (careers.companyname.com), which features graphics (logo, colours, fonts and footer) are identical to the original site, in order to guarantee the candidate an optimal user experience and effective employer branding.

A library of 37 soft skills tests allows recruiters to measure soft skills, personality factors and cognitive skills. The software also performs CV matching based on soft skills as well as technical skills.

The system allows the candidate’s profile to be shared with colleagues or customers in a few clicks. The profile is shared via email: through a simple link the customer can view the candidate’s information and leave his/her feedback.
