The administrative module of Ngage makes the business of employment agencies, both for temporary work and executive search companies, even more performant and complete.
Ngage Back Office allows the creation of customer quotations, contract management, working time entry, invoicing and payroll.
The module also includes a notification and alert system for back office administrative procedures.

Quotations and contracts
The system makes it possible to create quotations, both for temporary work and for the search and selection business, according to the customer’s needs and in compliance with collective agreements. Changes can be made and customized collective agreements can be created.
From the candidate’s profile, or from the quotation in the client’s profile, it is possible to create both the contract with the candidate and the one with the client in just a few clicks. The module shows the number of active workers, where they are hired and whether they have expiring contracts.
Timesheet and 2Time
This key function allows the customer and the candidate to manage the timesheet and directly enter attendance into the system (monthly, weekly or daily).
Candidates/employees with contracts at companies with an active ‘Smart Timesheet’ service will have the option of using the ‘2Time’ APP to record clock-ins and clock-outs at work.
By accessing their reserved area, it will be possible to proceed with the installation of the application.
Invoicing
After entering the working hours, the invoice is ready for checking. Manual lines can be added and changes can be made.
Once ready, the invoice remains in draft status for further checking before proceeding to the final step during which the system will assign the final numbering.
Margin reports
Reports can be extracted by:
- customer
- contract
- collective agreement
- consultant
The system also allows staffing organizations to compare theoretical and actual margin analyses to check the agency’s performance.
Quotations and contracts
The system makes it possible to create quotations, both for temporary work and for the search and selection business, according to the customer’s needs and in compliance with collective agreements. Changes can be made and customized collective agreements can be created.
