Objective definition

A series of objectives can be entered into the system, which can be associated across the board with one or more roles in the organisation chart (defined in the Onboarding module). The system allows the association of the same objective to different roles.

Evaluations

The system provides you with four different types of evaluations:

  • Standard event (the hierarchically-superior role or roles can assess the hierarchically-inferior roles).
  • Custom event (this type of evaluation can be used to allow different roles to exchange feedback).
  • Smart event (event created Ad Hoc on specific clients’ needs).
Employees must self-assess on the basis of skills, behaviours and goals associated with their role.
Possibility of expressing feedback on oneself or one’s colleagues independently, within the employee’s profile, at any time.

Evaluation dashboard

For each type of event, it is possible to view the total number of evaluations carried out with an overall average of the scores obtained and a time chart showing the performance trend over a specific period.

A history of requested evaluations and all spontaneous evaluations is available within the employee’s profile.

On the HR side, there is a section where events are managed and, in addition to the history, a tracking of the different evaluations is available (including those in progress), with visibility of the number of people who have been evaluated and the time it takes to close a specific event.
