Each employee can access the Talent Management software via browser from any device. In his/her personal area, he/she also has visibility of his/her departmental organisation chart, messages, open vacancies to which he/she can apply, documents and evaluation (only available if the Performance Management module is active).

Enter the personal data of new employees in the system, define the company structure, map out the roles of employees and establish the objectives, skills and expected behaviour for each. The system automatically generates the organization chart by role and by employee. In addition, you can archive employee files and manage the activities performed.

Internal vacancies
The system allows you to publish internal vacancies and carry out all selection activities on employees (automated video interviews and soft and hard skills tests available). All online profiles will be placed in a proprietary talent pool and sorted by degree of compatibility with the search, thanks to an integrated ranking system that uses AI matching to optimise recruiting processes.

It is possible to create an infinite number of roles, defining for each one the main characteristics. Each role can be associated with an indefinite number of technical competencies (hard skills) and expected behaviours (soft skills), characteristic of the organisation, that the employee must possess to fill the position.
When a new employee is hired, he/she will be associated with a role and the related competence and behavioural templates.
